Online platform on new EU policies, regulations and standards

The Amman Chamber of Commerce received a copy of the letter of the European Union Mission to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan dated 9/20/2023, informing us about the electronic platform (AGRINFO), about the new European Union policies, regulations and standards with potential impacts on the value chains of agricultural food and fish, which it launched. The mission is part of a program funded by the European Union and implemented by the Committee for Linking Entrepreneurship to Agricultural Development, which publishes and circulates any change or update that occurs in the policies and regulations of the European Union in accordance with (The European Union Green Deal) and the (Farm Fork) strategy in this regard. The program targets government agencies. As well as private sector stakeholders in low- and middle-income countries, with the aim of them getting the information they need to comply with the new rules and maintain sustainable access to EU markets.
